Treatment Eligibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate health information and notifying R+ Aesthetics of relevant changes before treatment.
R+ Aesthetics reserves the right to decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue a treatment when clinically appropriate or when additional medical evaluation or clearance is recommended.
Treatment Results
Aesthetic and wellness treatments are individualized, and results vary from person to person. Photographs, examples, testimonials, treatment descriptions, and anticipated outcomes presented on this website are for informational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific result.
Multiple treatments, maintenance, or alternative treatment approaches may be recommended depending on individual goals and response.
Risks & Informed Consent
Aesthetic and wellness procedures may involve risks, side effects, contraindications, recovery considerations, and potential complications.
Treatment-specific risks, benefits, alternatives, and aftercare will be discussed as appropriate, and additional informed consent documentation may be required before treatment.
Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
Appointments are subject to R+ Aesthetics' current booking and cancellation policies.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling when adequate treatment time is no longer available. A new deposit may be required to book a future appointment following a late cancellation or no-show.
Current policies presented during the booking process apply to individual appointments.
Pricing & Services
Prices, promotions, treatment offerings, packages, products, and availability are subject to change.
A website price or treatment description does not guarantee that a particular service is appropriate for an individual client.
Treatment plans and final costs may vary based on consultation, treatment area, product amount, dosage, individual goals, and clinical recommendations.
Packages, Promotions & Gift Certificates
Packages, promotions, memberships, gift certificates, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, and restrictions communicated at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
Before & After Photographs
Any photographs displayed by R+ Aesthetics are intended to illustrate possible treatment experiences or outcomes. Individual results vary.
Client photographs will only be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes when appropriate authorization has been obtained.

Unless otherwise stated, the branding, written content, graphics, logos, photographs, design elements, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to R+ Aesthetics LLC.
